Processing purpose

The site contains forms that require personal data such as name and surname, e-mail address and other information that the user agrees to provide by completing the form voluntarily. The data is required to access the reserved area.

Should Phoenix Srl acquire personal information and data by receiving messages, it will use it only to contact the data subject using the references to process any requests contained in the transmitted message.

If the data subject subscribes to a mailing list, their contacts will be used for direct marketing purposes (for communications about Data Controller services and invitations to events).

The contract you entered, the required pre-contractual measures, and your explicit consent (only related to specific purposes) provide the legal basis of the processing.

Recipients or categories of recipients who may receive personal data

The data provided voluntarily through the site will be stored electronically on the site database host server. It is protected against the risk of loss, destruction, and unauthorised access with adequate security measures.

The appointees and any technicians or consultants in charge of managing the website have access to the data. The data will not be disclosed to third parties except when required by law.

International data transfers

The personal data collected or generated (processed) for site purposes will be stored exclusively in Italy/Europe.

Retention period and processing duration

Personal data will be kept for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which it is collected and for the time the Data Controller is subject to retention obligations for tax purposes or other legal or regulatory reasons. For marketing purposes until express revocation.

Data subject rights

The User can obtain confirmation from the Data Controller that their data is being processed. They can also:

  • access personal data, request the correction or deletion of personal data, limit or oppose their personal data processing;
  • receive their data in a structured, commonly used and electronically readable format and transmit it to another data controller (data portability);
  • be informed of any automated decision-making processing, including profiling;
  • withdraw the consent without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before its withdrawal;
  • complain to the supervisory authority.

Nature of the data and consequence of a failure to communicate

The provision of data for marketing purposes is optional and not binding for the provision of services.
